　　在商務英語翻譯中，譯語語篇對源語語篇的忠實，是要求譯者能準確地將原文語言的信息用譯文語言表達出來，相比起形式，意義更為重要，因此無需刻意苛求語法與句子結構的一致，而應追求信息對等。如涉及貿易、合同、保險、金融等領域的商務體裁的文章，則譯文應該從措辭、結構及行文方式上忠實于源語的語言與行文規(guī)范，以再現嚴謹和正式的語篇。
